Tui Na or Chinese remedial massage uses techniques and manipulations to stimulate acupressure points and correct imbalances within the body. Tui Na can be both therapeutic and relaxing, relaxing muscles and tendons as well as promoting circulation. Tui Na is often combined with acupuncture to increase the effects both therapies.
